This training is for project members using IBM® Rational Team Concert™ for change management with Work Items.
Educational objectives
The objectives of the course are :
- Understand and manage change requests (defects and change requests) during all phases of development
- Understand and generate configuration and change management dashboards

Module 9 : Utilisation des rapports

- Use JazzTM reports to view the progress of your team or project.
- Generate reports
Technical and supervisory teaching resources
- Each module covered is the subject of practical work that will be carried out via a remote ALM server, supplied and installed by ABlogiX
- The training is led by a consultant-trainer, which allows participants to benefit from feedback from the field
The speaker
Arnaud Bourlier is a computer engineer specialised in software engineering and is IBM CLM and IBM JAZZ RTC certified. He has worked for more than 15 years in quality improvement and software development processes for the mobile phone, railway and defence industries.
Duration
1 day, divided into 10 modules (the content can also be adapted according to the technological context and the level of knowledge of the trainees).
