Position_07-20 : Application Security Engineer/Technician (F/H)

Context

  • ABlogiX is specialized in System & Software Development Engineering and IS Security for companies in all sectors of activity (Defense, Telecom, Insurance, Banking, …).
  • ABlogiX provides integrated solutions for Agile Project Management and Continuous Integration including Security Testing (SaaS or On-Premise).
  • As part of the deployment of DAST, SAST, IAST, Mobile, and DevSecOps integration solutions for our clients, we are looking for skills to carry out all stages of deployment and support for the client, including training on “Application Security”, and on the tools (AppScan: Source, Dynamic, Standard, ASoC).

Job description

  • For each project, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to improve application security to the development teams in order to propose, demonstrate, deploy and integrate AppScan in DevSecOps.
  • You will also be responsible for :

    • Performing vulnerability scans (static and/or dynamic)

    • Performing code reviews of web, embedded and mobile applications (i.e. iOS, Android)

    • Writing best practice guides and security improvement plans for different languages / Frameworks

    • Conducting training or awareness sessions with regard to the main application vulnerability frameworks (i.e. OWASP, CWE, PCI-DSS, …)

    • The proposal and support of appropriate strategies according to the analyses and needs detected.

  • You will follow training courses on security tools, and take the corresponding certifications to validate your skills.

Profil required

  • You have a minimum of 4/5 years of higher education in systems, networks or software development with a specialisation in security; or you have experience in application security.
  • You have developed a good practice in application security auditing and/or incidentally in pentests.
  • You have used vulnerability scanners such as: Zap, Burp Suite, Fortify, AppScan, Checkmarx, …
  • You are autonomous with good writing and communication skills.
  • The candidate should be proficient in security auditing tools and languages such as Python, JAVA, C, C++
  • A thorough knowledge of Linux
  • You have used version management tools: svn, git, … and you have notions of configuration management and continuous integration with tools like Jenkins, Maven.
  • As ABlogiX services are aimed at an international clientele. The candidate must have a good command of English, both spoken and read. Portuguese or Spanish would be a plus.
  • The position is located near Le Mans with the possibility of working remotely.

Position_02-20 : Process Engineer – Requirements Management Tool

Job description

As part of the deployment of a new System and/or Software Development Engineering workshop, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the client’s development and methods/quality teams in order to propose, demonstrate and deploy tool-based Requirements Management process solutions with the aim of optimising Requirements Engineering.

You will be responsible for :

  • The analysis of the existing and the needs for evolution of the tool-processes, the identification of the problems, the assistance in the diagnosis and the formalization of the improvement, migration and deployment plan.
  • Proposing and supporting appropriate strategies according to the analyses and needs detected.
  • Design, preparation/testing of migration, structuring and support of solutions.
  • Deployment and validation of implemented solutions.
    Training users in the tools and methods used.
  • Training users in the tools and methods used.
  • Application of operational procedures to meet the needs of production base modifications.
  • Advising on the study of new solutions (choice of software, hardware, network architecture, etc.).
  • Capitalising on experience feedback.

Candidate profile

  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ higher education in software development and/or you have at least 2 years’ experience in this type of position.
  • You are familiar with tools such as DOORS (DXL) and/or Trek/RMF and/or RRC (Rational Requirement Composer) preferably, or another requirements traceability tool.
  • You are autonomous with good writing and communication skills.
  • As ABlogiX services are aimed at an international clientele, the candidate must have a good command of English, both spoken and read.
  • You have implemented a requirements management practice in a formal or Agile methodological approach.
  • You are familiar with repositories for the proper writing and management of requirements such as IREB, ICOSE.
